Out of Delivery Area & Out of Pick-up Area Surcharge Removal
As part of our commitment to continually improving our services, we are pleased to inform you that we will be removing our Out of Pickup Area (OPA) and Out of Delivery Area (ODA) Surcharges in selected areas in the following states:
• VIC
• QLD
• NSW
This will start with effect from January 19, 2009.
As a result, you can continue to enjoy our reliable services to and from these areas, with no extended service area delivery or pickup charge to pay.
