Go to fedex.ca/insight and click on the login here link. Login with your FedEx User ID and Password. If you do not have a fedex.ca login, click the Sign Up Now link.
Registration is very simple, you will be asked to provide certain high-level information specific to an account, so make sure you have the account information available as you register.
- All first time users for FedEx InSight® will be required to enter a FedEx account number. Provide the account number you would like monitored for you. You can enter a FedEx account number to see those shipments, incoming or outgoing.
- Then provide the contact, company name, and address information.
- Click the Submit button.
- All requests will be forwarded to a sales representative for approval.
- If you have any questions about using FedEx InSight, click the Quick Help reference link or use the Important Information feature on the right-hand side of the page.
