Enhanced Security with Account Usage Notification for Shipping Administrators
If you are the administrator of your Shipping Administration enabled account, you now have complete visibility into who has a fedex.ca User ID linked to your FedEx account. You can invite these non-administered shippers to access your account, or you can create new administered user profiles for them. You can also choose to revoke their ability to ship using your account on FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.ca.

The Account Usage Notification module displays on the Admin Home screen whenever one or more non-administered shippers exist on your FedEx account. Click on the View Users button in the module, or select the “Account Usage Notification Tool” from the tools menu to view the non-administered users of your account.

With the Account Usage Notification Tool you can search, sort, manage and remove users. If you choose to remove a user, the system will remove the selected user’s ability to ship online with your FedEx account number. An e-mail will be sent to the user to notify them that they have been removed from the account.

Hiding Rates from Administered Users of FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.ca
To protect the privacy of your business, administrators have the ability hide courtesy rate quotes from administered users. To hide your rates, go to the Rates and Transit Times module on the Administration Tab in FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.ca. You can select either the “Do not display rates (Display transit times only)” check box, or the “Do not display this section”, and your account-specific rates will be hidden from the administered users shipping on your account.

Other Enhancements to FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.ca
If you lose or damage your labels or commercial invoice copies you can reprint them through the Ship History screen. You now have the ability to reprint labels and commercial invoices for your FedEx Ground® shipments. The English commercial invoice for FedEx Ground available through FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.ca will now print on one page instead of two.

Setting preferences in FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.ca can help make processing shipments even faster. You can now set preferences to default the units of measure for all of your shipments (e.g. lbs or kg and in or cm).
