FedEx Appoints New E-Commerce Head in Asia Pacific

Peter Mok promoted as Managing Director of Electronic Commerce, Strategy & Development

SINGAPORE, April 12, 2000 - Federal Express Corporation (FedEx), the world's largest express transportation company, announced today that Peter Mok has been appointed as Managing Director of Electronic Commerce, Strategy & Development, Asia Pacific.

In his new role, Mok is responsible for the overall development of FedEx's eBusiness strategy including the formation of new partnerships to strengthen FedEx's e-commerce leadership in the region. Previously, he was the Managing Director for Electronic Commerce & Customer Service for the North & South Pacific Regions.

Cunningham, President of FedEx Asia Pacific Division.
